HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS WEEK’S SHOW.

On this week’s show, Boston, Rob and I recap FC Cincinnati’s 2-0 defeat to LAFC from the CincyShirts.com Studios.

We were all quite shocked to see the starting XI that Alan Koch rolled out for Saturday night’s match, particularly Justin Hoyte getting the start at RB.

After 10 minutes, it looked as though it would be an LAFC onslaught. Darren Mattocks nearly scored on the counter which could have changed the match. In the end, a 2-0 result is a better outcome than most of us expected.

We had a chance to talk tactics this week with new CST staff member Brad Gough. Brad is currently a technical director with the Northern Kentucky Soccer Academy. He’s got a wealth of knowledge when it comes to soccer and tactics and we’re really thrilled to have him on board with us.

Can you believe we’re already 25% through with the MLS season? What would you change? What are you happy about a quarter of the way through?

We wrapped up the show with a brief CST ExtraTime session.
