We were so thrilled this week to have Joseph-Claude Gyau on the program. Joe’s been a consistent name on Jaap Stam’s teamsheet now for a year. Now he’s making the switch to right-back in this system. We ask him about the move as well as about his new teammates for 2021.
Special thanks to the folks at Rhinehaus for supporting the show this week!

On this week’s show, we talk FCC with Bryan Weigel, Coach Brad Gough and Brad Weigel.
We open up this week’s show with a visit from Extratime’s Matt Doyle. Doyle was on our show again about a year ago and so we wanted to have him back on the show to get a sense of where he feels FCC is at the current moment. We value Doyle’s opinion because he doesn’t mince words and he’s brutally honest. Bluntly, this team hasn’t done enough this offseason to improve. Sometimes, these things need to be said out loud and it’s OK. Check out Matt on Extratime wherever you get your podcasts.
Later in the show, we discussed Brenner’s arrival to Cincy and some of the other rumored players potentially arriving, Armando Mendez, Lucho Acosta to name a few.
We ended the show by debating the over/under on how many goals Extratime set for Brenner this season. How many goals do you think he’ll score in 2021?
Also, as many of you saw last week, our own Michael Lahoud has accepted a position with Austin FC as their Color Analyst on their English-speaking TV broadcasts. We’re certainly sad to see Michael go but we couldn’t be more proud of this accomplishment for him. We’ll be watching and rooting for YOU in Austin. Maybe not the team, but we’ll be rooting for you. Thank you for taking a chance on CST and for helping us elevate our game these past few months. You’ve been a rockstar from day one.

Is there still a reason to #BelieveinGaston? Cagliari in Serie A are contenders for relegation and he’s not playing very much. Could this happen? Or is Jurgen Locadia trolling us on Instagram?
Frankie Amaya was invited to Olympic Qualifying Camp for the US U-23 squad. Frankie was one of 31 players to get an invite from coach Jason Kreis.
We offer up our thoughts on last week’s Dynamic Kit reveal. What did you think? Here’s what our own Jacob Clary had to say about the new look.
