Does it get any better than this? Back to back weeks of the podcast featuring two MAJOR PLAYERS from the 2016 squad. We’re really excited this week to be joined by the USL Goalkeeper of the Year, Mitch Hildebrandt. Plus we take a look at MLS Expansion. We also dabble in some US Mens National Team discussion as well. Enjoy!

Highlights from this week’s show with Mitch Hildebrandt
We welcomed Mitch Hildebrandt to the podcast fresh off of winning the 2016 USL Goalkeeper of the Year Award.

Despite sitting for a few years up in Minnesota, Mitch was excited about the opportunity to start something fresh and new with FC Cincinnati. He tells us the exact time he knew that this season would be special for the orange and blue.

He’s in love with a few Cincinnati staples as far as food goes, but he’s yet to try one of biggest restaurants near and dear to the Queen City.

He talks about some of the goalkeepers he grew up watching and who he idolized, and more importantly, how he became a keeper in the first place. The story will surprise you!

We also visited with Chad Smith from The Blue Testament to discuss MLS Expansion. In that recent post he listed FC Cincinnati as the #1 team in his MLS Expansion Power Rankings.

What a honor it was this week to chat with the 2016 USL MVP, Sean “Ugo” Okoli! Fresh off his Golden Boot winning campaign we had the chance to catch up with him while he’s back home in Seattle for the offseason. Plus, FC Cincinnati took home some hardware from the USL Sales Summit in San Antonio. An episode wouldn't be complete without #AskYosief some more hard hitting questions.

Here are some highlights of our interview:
We welcomed Sean Okoli to the podcast and right away he thanks his teammates for helping him win the award.

Sean was excited for the 2016 season but feels he missed a lot of chances. He’s ready to come back in year 2 and wants 25 or more goals in 2017.

He didn’t know much about the city of Cincinnati but now that he’s spent a full season in town, he thinks the food around town is tremendous.

Jeff Berding recently made a trip around Europe visiting some of the more prolific soccer programs in the world.

We #AskYosief some more questions.

We hear from Griffin who called in to discuss the idea of moving the Bailey to a different location within Nippert Stadium.

Episode 38: 11/1/16

It's November and we have officially started our Countdown to Garber. Listen to Bryan, Yosief, Bill and Brad break down the biggest stories from the previous week and provide some speculation on changes coming to the USL, FC Cincinnati and MLS.

The USL announced expansion in two more cities last week with the Tampa Bay Rowdies and the Ottawa Fury joining for the 2017 season. Listen as the guys give their thoughts on how these two teams will change the league in good & bad ways.

USL President Jake Edwards stopped by last week to discuss USL expansion and some changes coming in 2017. Hear the panel explain how this will effect your favorite club or perhaps help in the upcoming season.

Your FC Cincinnati supporters groups have been working hard on how to plan ahead for the Don Garber visit. Bill explains what they have in store and how you can be involved.

Finally, the guys expand on some MLS expansion rumors. Bryan also offers some tin foil theories on what they mean and how it could impact FC Cincinnati in the short-term.
